It seems like all of LOW and the surrounding communities look forward to the Fourth of July celebrations all year long and with good reason. LOW celebrates the 4th in grand fashion. Starting with the parade Saturday morning at 9:30 am followed by the Festival at the clubhouse point with the all important Flag Raising Ceremony at 11:45 am. The Festival at the Point is an afternoon filled sun, fun, food, and community. Then the Water Ski Show starts at 6:30 pm and runs until 8 pm with the Fireworks scheduled for 9 pm.
This year the Clubhouse will have food for sale at The Point. All food and activities at the Point will be cash only. No credit cards will be accepted.
Fairview Parkway and Yorktown will be closing for the Parade Saturday morning. During this time you will be able to enter the front gate and turn left. Traffic will be turned around at Wakefield as to not interfere with the parade.
During the fireworks, you will be able to enter the gate and turn left only.
Please be safe. Remember children will be excited about the fireworks and everyone will need to drive carefully.
