I didn’t know if I should say Gesundheit when someone spoke of Shütezfest, respond with an “in kind” greeting or be excited and listen so I looked the word “Schüzenfest” up and what I found was so interesting!

How great is that!! – Schutenfest is a festival featuring a target shooting competition – just like in Golf! Kudos to the creators of Schüzenfest here in LOW because it is the perfect embodiment of the word Schüzenfest and the festival.
Schüzenfest here at LOW is Saturday, October 21st at the LOW Woods Center. They will have a 9 hole golf scramble, a band from 1 pm-5 pm, German Food and Beer, Corn Hole Competition, Many games for the kids and is hosted by the LOW Thursday Men’s Industrial Golf League to benefit the LOW Swim Team. You can’t miss this!!!
